Milson Community Centre
First Saturday of EVERY month
Call in anytime between 10am and midday to have a chat with your councillor.
The Milson Community Centre is at the left of the Milson shops, at the corner of Milson Line and Purdie Place. Cr Lynne Pope is available every month to chat with you and will bring issues you raise back to council. Any consultation documents out for submission will be available during these times and many of the information leaflets normally available at the Customer Services Centre will also be able to be picked up from the centre.
“I can offer tea and biscuits and a councillor’s ear. I hope to see you there”.
UPDATE!
I will not be holding a session in November, December or January. I feel you have probably had enough of hearing about Council and Councillors right now and are unlikely to want to speak to one in the next few weeks. (You can always phone me or send me a message from the Contact Page). December and January are busy months for many of us.
I am unsure whether to continue these sessions through the new term of council as relatively few people made use of them. I am seeking your comments before making a decision. Are these sessions useful to you? Do you want me to continue them, or would you prefer to just contact me by the usual means? Please use the contact page and let me know what you think.
