Well, it depends.
My website and its content are copyright.  Anyone is free to make one copy for personal use. This can include one photocopy, one printed copy, one e-mail copy, or posting an HTML link (without text or photos). Personal use means the content will be used by one person, for personal reference, and will not be copied or redistributed to any other person in any form.

However, there is an exception to this - anyone who uses RSS feeds and wishes to syndicate this blog in a non-commercial environment is welcome to.

If content is to be e-mailed, posted online, printed, photocopied or republished for distribution or is intended to be used by a commercial entity, then permission must be granted by me.  I look at each case on its merits and am usually fairly obliging :-)</description>
