Sick of spam!

Those of you who were here in the last two weeks will be wondering where some of my posts have gone. Unfortunately, they are gone for good as I had to take the site back to a previous backup due to the actions of some internet idiots.

This web log is now only accessible from inside the frames on the site proper, no more direct access I’m sorry. If you try to come in by entering lynnepope.etc/blog you will be directed into no-man’s land. I hope no genuine visitor gets caught by this and apologise if you have been. However, I really had no choice. There are heaps of bots crawling the Net looking for blogs to spam. Automated posting of porn and casino links were not what I wanted to present you with whenever you checked what I have written! So, if you have bookmarked the old blog, please delete that bookmark and make sure you bookmark this page instead.

If you have any problems with posting comments please let me know. I am trying to block net nasties, not genuine discussion.
