Mambo 4.5.1 Stable now released on Mamboforge.net and you can get it here: http://mamboforge.net/frs/?group_id=5
I won't be hurrying to upgrade - wouldn't be surprised to see patches for it coming out soon. In this respect, open source development seems a bit like Microsoft in that new versions are released with the name "stable" and are not necessarily stable enough for production use until users have found security vulnerabilities and patches come out!
UPDATE:
All old releases are now available on the Mambo code forge, in a project called MOS Archive. If you want them, you can download the files there.
