PHP has updated its manual. For Windows users you can now find new files in Windows Help format containing the latest user contributed notes. You can get it at the PHP site:
http://www.php.net/download-docs.php
If you download the extended CHM, you will find an exe in the zip called php_manual_prefs.exe Run this to change the skin to suit your preferences.
Well done PHP! Having a local copy of the manual is certainly speeding up my website development work.
