This Week on Twitter: 8 May

Social networking is all about person-to-person relationships and, just as it is with any offline relationships, building and maintaining these takes time. In my attempts to bring some of the value of Twitter back onto my blog, I was posting Twitter Follow Friday recommendations. You can see some of my recommendations here:

Feedback to this suggested that my readers would prefer me to post these kinds of lists once in awhile, but would really like to be able to easily bookmark the links I tweet to sites I find interesting. So, in response to those requests, my "followfriday" posts are now taking a different format. Each Friday, I will be posting a list of the tweets I have sent that contain links to information I thought worth sharing. Sometimes, these will contain "re-tweets" of links others have tweeted. Each of these "re-tweets" (RT's) are from people that add value to my network and whom I enjoy interacting with. You may find them worth following too - so consider this new format a combination of "followfriday" plus this week's links.

I hope you enjoy this new format. What are you doing to bring value from Twitter back onto your blog? Do you have tips to share?
